Everyone deserves the opportunity to excel in their careers. Unfortunately, some people are not provided the same opportunity as others.
Our mission at S.A.M.E. is simple: to provide people who want to pursue a career in sales the best opportunity to do so. Our focus is to offer young professionals with diverse backgrounds the ability to grow their skills through our mentorship program.
S.A.M.E. will pair mentees with a mentor to be their sales advocate. On a voluntary basis, together, they will develop a plan that’s focused on professional and personal growth.

S.A.M.E.'s mission is to give all young professionals, no matter their background, the opportunity to learn from experienced sales leaders and executives. You and your mentor will work together to create an actionable plan, including success benchmarks and metrics. These goals will be specific to each mentee, based on where you are in your career and where you want to go.
Mentors
You can change someone's life
Advocacy is the backbone of leadership. As a S.A.M.E. mentor, you will work directly with young professionals to help guide them through their professional careers. This can include networking, sales training, skills-building, and problem-solving. Mentors will create individual plans with the mentees, using the mentee's goal as the North Star.
The 411
I was lucky enough to meet my mentor when I was 18. I didn't know it then, when he married my sister, but over time we developed a strong bond. He has helped me navigate challenging decisions throughout my career, always making time for me when I had a question. The best part about our relationship: He is always 100% honest with me.
At S.A.M.E, we hope to help cultivate similar relationships for others, by pairing some of the most experienced sales professionals of today with the best and the brightest sales leaders of the future. Our mentorship program is 100% voluntary. All we expect from our mentors and mentees is a commitment to each other.
All mentors and mentees will be vetted through our partnership with CrossChq. Upon verification, pairings will be made and virtual meetings will be coordinated independently. S.A.M.E. will have a zero-tolerance rule for any inappropriate behavior by either party.

Our Vision
I started S.A.M.E. with one goal in mind: To offer anyone — no matter their race, background or upbringing — the same chance to succeed.
Sales has always been in my blood. My dad was in sales. My mom was in sales. My grandparents were in sales. So choosing a career in sales was a no-brainer. I started my career at a very young age selling baseball cards out of my garage and later working in retail through high school and college.
Throughout my professional life, I’ve worked in various industries, including public, private, enterprise and startup environments. Each step along the way has provided new challenges, new processes and new experiences.
Through mentorship, S.A.M.E. strives to provide resources to those who may not have them at their fingertips.
